The design shown is a stencil template designed by Laura Estes that is constructed of flexible semi-transparent Mylar plastic which is used for marking quilts and other crafting projects. This stencil can be used over and over again and can be used for long arm machines, domestic machines and hand-quilting. It is made in the USA.
