I'm not sure if one of your fabrics is the right tone for my project.  Can I get a sample?

Yes, you can.  You may Contact Us to request up to 3 samples at a time.  Samples are subject to availability, mailed via snail mail, and free of charge.  When requesting samples, please include your full name, your mailing address, and the name(s) of the fabric(s) you wish to receive.

Is there a way to change my order once I've placed it?

If the order has not shipped yet, you can Contact Us to ask for assistance with your order.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.  If your order has shipped, then we can't make a change, but we will still work with you after you receive the order to return or make adjustments if possible within our store policies.

I don't have my order yet.  What can I do?

Any time you have a question about your order, please Contact Us and we will do our best to help you.  Please keep in mind that if your order has shipped, what you see when you track the package is the same as what we see.  Since we use third parties to ship our packages, we have no control over the package once it leaves our shop.

The tracking on my order says it was delivered, but I don't have it.  What do I do?

First, check with others in your household and/or your neighbors to see if it got misplaced or mis-delivered.  If you still haven't found the package after doing that, contact the shipping carrier (usually the U.S. Post Office) and see if they can trace the package.  Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they leave our shop and are received by the the shipping carrier.  Upon checkout, we offer shipping insurance for a nominal cost to cover the possibility of lost packages.  If you paid for the insurance, and you determine that your package is lost, please Contact Us for claims assistance.
