I Just Didn't Like It Returns
We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. If you are unsure about a product feature (pattern, tone, hue, dimensions, etc.), please Contact Us before you purchase to ask for clarification. Many returns can be avoided this way.
Eligible products may be returned for store credit on a gift card within 14 days of receipt provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and any shipping fees paid upon order are nonrefundable. If you return an item and it drops your original order below the free shipping minimum, $5 will be deducted from your refund amount. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise on our end and the product has been inspected to verify like-new condition. Merchandise that is not in like-new condition will not be refunded, and you will be notified by email. Please note that fabrics that have been cut, washed, altered, or returned in an unsalable condition are not eligible for refund. Unsalable condition is described as, but not limited to, fabrics that are dirty, excessively wrinkled, contaminated with animal or human hair, have a smell of smoke or other pungent odor.
We strongly encourage you to inspect the contents of your package(s) upon delivery to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of the 14-day return policy. We are unable to process refunds after the return window has closed.
Exceptions: Due to copyright laws, patterns and books are not eligible for return.

Damaged Goods/Wrong Product Received
We take great care to provide high quality items and ship them in a way that helps to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition. However, sometimes damage occurs or the product you received is not in the condition you expected or what you ordered. We are all human and mistakes sometimes happen. But don’t fret. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional charge to you.
To ask for a resolution simply Contact Us and we’ll advise you of next steps. Please be aware that sometimes, especially with fabric, the item may no longer be available. If that happens, we will reach out to you to discuss options.
If your shipment is one that we insured, you are expected to assist us with the claims process, as required by the shipping carrier or insurance company. Please keep all original packaging and send pictures so that we have the best possible chance of settling the claim without incident. Your cooperation with this would be greatly appreciated!
