Description
Product Features
BASIC Small Quilt #1 is a beautifully balanced, beginner-friendly pattern that delivers a classic patchwork look with clean geometry and eye-catching contrast. Designed at a cozy 36" x 42", this project is ideal for baby quilts, wall hangings, seasonal décor, or quick-to-finish gifts that still feel thoughtfully crafted.
The pattern features two alternating 6½" blocks—one built from crisp triangles and framed squares, the other showcasing a trimmed center square surrounded by bold corner triangles. Together, they create a rhythmic layout that feels both traditional and fresh, especially when paired with coordinating prints or color-driven collections.
Clear cutting instructions guide you through efficient strip cutting, triangle construction, and block assembly. The layout finishes with two sets of borders that add structure and polish without overwhelming your fabric choices. Whether you’re highlighting a favorite focal print or working from a curated bundle, this pattern adapts beautifully to a wide range of styles—from soft baby pastels to vibrant seasonal palettes.
Perfect for quilters who want a small project with big impact, BASIC Small Quilt #1 offers a timeless look and a smooth sewing experience from first cut to final stitch.
